"Where do we Start"?... Is the number one question we receive from clients in our initial meeting with them. I always give the same answer... "Create Your Budget". Every project Must begin with the end in mind. You would normally never go on a vacation without starting with some sort of a plan and budget in mind. You wouldn't want to get stranded on vacation and run out of funds. This can turn a wonderful vacation into the nightmare vacation.

This is the same principle applies more so when considering building your Dream Home. You will want to start by planning out your building project's budget from the very beginning. Ultimately, if you are using funds to build your home that will come from a source other than your own, such as a mortgage lender, you will need to confirm your budget amount with that lender.

Lowcountry Classic Homes will provide you with at least two approved construction lenders that has been a trusted team member for years, and has a proven track record of looking out for our client's best interest.

These lenders will not only be the one's to approve your budget, but explain the loan process in a way that will help you understanding what to expect thoughout the construction loan process. The Lender is a very important Team Partner, and will ensures that the funds needed for your building project are available for you from the very start of your project.
