• Have a house to sell?  Again, your consultant is licensed with one of the largest Real Estate firms in the Low Country.  They will list and sell your existing home while you focus on the building and design of your  new dream home ...

Pre and Post Project management Services

Your Building and Design Consultant is available throughout the entire project to answer all your questions .  Once construction is completed your Design and Build Consultant will meet with you again to go over your 10 year Warraanty, and answer any other questions you might have.
