Often times as I look at one of our beautifully completed custom home projects I contemplate the myriad of steps it took to get there. I am quickly reminded what an incredibly talented Team of Professionals that made this journey even possible. We are blessed beyond measure to be working with, and alongside some of the best craftsman in the residential home building business. I can easily see how a person not familiar with this process can become overwhelmed when contemplating the number one question everyone asks when we first meet, "where in the world do I start"?

     The dream is always real, but the process can be a bit overwhelming. While I have to acknowledge that there are hundreds of steps in the custom home building process, I also have to acknowledge that there is a simple answer to this complex and daunting question, one that Lowcountry Classic Homes has the real answer for...     I have spent the last 30+ years developing a program and strategy that would address all those daunting questions asked by every individual that has ever contemplating building a custom or simi-custom home on their land, or land they were looking to acquire, or purchase.

     Financing is always a big question. Construction to Permanent financing can also be a challenge if you don't know where to go, and who to talk to. Not all banks, Mortgage Lenders, and Credit Unions are the same. Some may offer Construction loans, but they are fewer than one might think.
